Capricorn Moon was built by experienced operators with decades of hands-on work. On the buying team, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between.
We began our careers as buyers, merchandisers, and product developers, eventually expanding into eCommerce strategy and digital marketing. Over the years, we’ve led growth for some of the industry’s most recognizable brands- launching products, managing P&Ls, scaling channels, and building teams from the ground up.
After years on the retail side, we saw the gap between what agencies offer and what growing eCommerce businesses actually need to scale. And from that, Capricorn Moon was born - a collective of marketers, merchandisers, and implementers who bring deep, real-world expertise to the table.
